Silk'n devices are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please follow our support protocol:

• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, water damage, normal wear and tear, or external accidents.
• How to Claim: Please contact support@silkn.cn with your order proof (invoice) and a clear description of the issue.
• Liability: Silk'n HK’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer for the specific device.
